Return / Exchange Policy
DS Retro Shoes does not issue refunds. We will exchange an item if we have made a mistake with your order. You must obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA#) by submitting your E-mail request to info@dsretroshoes.com. We cannot accept returns without an RGA#. All returns for incorrectly shipped items will be returned at our expense. Please email us at info@dsretroshoes.com before mailing your purchase back to us. We will give you a confirmation return number that must be included in your package in order to receive your exchange. Returned shoes must be in brand new, unworn condition.

*All shoes older than 1 year (12 months) are to be worn at the discretion of the consumer. DSretroshoes.com is not responsible for damage of shoes older than 1 year due to wear / use of the consumer.
